The more detail you share, the faster we can help. Let us know the device (MacBook, Windows laptop, desktop, or network), what's going wrong, when it started, and any error messages you've seen. If it's for a business, tell us roughly how many people are affected so we can prioritise correctly.
What happens next
We reply to most messages within 1–2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 7am–6pm, Sat 9am–3pm). We'll confirm whether a remote session or an on-site visit is the fastest fix, give you an honest, upfront estimate, and book a time that works for you. There's no charge just to talk it through, and no obligation to proceed.
